As we toured the village we tasted many fruits of the area. We drank coconut milk, had plantains (one of the staple foods of Cameroon), ate guavas directly from the tree, and tasted cassimango (I know my spelling is off, but this is a variety of mango).
The fruits are so sweet here that I found it hard this summer to go back and eat fruit from the local Albertsons.

I enjoyed any single of your pictures. They remind me my own village which is just a few miles from the village where one of your student took you. For the past decade I have been living in the US...
