For the next two years I will be living and working in Yaounde, Cameroon. I want to let everyone know of my experience living in this country. As a result, I have decided to create a blog where I can write about my everyday experiences. I will post as often as I can. Come as much as you would like and feel free to leave comments. I hope you enjoy.

I really like this picture of one of the main traffic circles in town. Even after living here for 10 months, I still don't know the rules for entering and exiting. Luckily I haven't been honked at too much.
Hi, Yep, Know the spot. Had many Sunday lunches at the Dulce Vita, just off camera, up-hill to the right. Could get ice cream and an america style hamburger from a menu ('mostly' in english.) Our kids loved it. TJM
Hi Jennifer, will be arriving in Cameroon & working in Bamenda on a Youth Outreach Project for 8 weeks beginning the end of October. No idea what to expect, having only worked previously in India...what clothing should I bring & any useful tips would be appreciated, thank you :o)
